The Employment and Education Division carries out the essential function of helping the youth for the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Indian Reservation.

TODM (Training & Organizational Development Management)

TODM is a Competency and Culturally-Based Service Program

TODM customers include all Tribal Government employees regardless of their employment status as well as Tribal Affiliate agencies (Housing, LRHC, IHS, BIA, Omak Wood Products, Tribal Court, PSIS, etc.) as resources allow.

  • Local leadership, business, Tribal Governance, compliance and Tribal Core Value training for employees, including supervisors, managers and directors
