Employment & Training Program


The Employment & Training Program's goals are to reduce unemployment in tribal communities by creating and enhancing employment and educational opportunities, skill development, assisting tribal youth and adults with succeeding in the workforce, encouraging self-sufficiency, familiarizing individual participants with the world of work, and facilitating the creation of job opportunities, economic development, or related services.

Education and training activities are designed to enable participants to obtain, retain, or enhance employability as well as increase income and improve self-sufficiency.
